The American University in the Emirates (AUE) organizes the second international conference on: Business Creativity Research (BCR), a distinguished event, that has gained recognition through the indexing of its proceedings in the prestigious Scopus databases through the renowned publisher, Springer Nature. The primary objective of this conference is to bring together academicsresearchers, and industry experts from around the world to explore the intricate and diverse aspects of business creativity. The platform facilitates dynamic interdisciplinary dialogue, enabling attendees to interact with cutting-edge advancements, exchange perspectives, and collectively influence the trajectory of research on business creativity.

This conference covers a broad spectrum of subjects pertaining to the domain of business creativity. Author Instructions:

AUE maintains a strict policy against plagiarism, considering it fraudulent to copy or take the ideas and work of other authors without proper permission and credit. The reviewing committee and AUE employees hold the authority to reject a paper during its review process based on identified instances of minor or major plagiarism.

Authors are required to adhere to the following instructions when submitting their abstracts/papers:

Step 1: Abstract Submission Process

  • Prepare and submit an abstract of at least 150 – 300 words through the conference website.
  • Ensure the abstract is concise, clearly stating the proposed research study’s purpose, results, and conclusions.
  • Select the most relevant topic for the paper from the conference topics.

Step 2.1: Abstract Acceptance

  • Upon acceptance of your abstract, receive a proforma invoice and specific instructions for online or bank transfer payment (refer to Conference Fees).
  • After successful payment, request and receive: A signed/stamped abstract acceptance letter – Receipt of Payment/Payment Invoice – Visa Invitation Letter, if needed.
  • Option to extend the abstract for publication in the ASTI conference proceedings by Springer Nature (indexed in Scopus/SCImago) is available but not mandatory.

Step 2.2: Full Paper Submission

  • Submit a 4 – 6+ pages paper in English before the paper submission deadline, following the research paper structure and using the Paper Writing Template.
  • Authors needing more pages can submit regular papers (max. 12 pages) with the same fixed fee (refer to the payment table in the conference fees tab).

Conference Proceedings Material:
Delegates can choose to receive conference proceedings in either hardcover or digital format on a CD. The CD includes proceedings from previous conferences in the series. Additionally, all conference papers are archived online in the AUE E-Library, providing immediate and permanent accessibility to the global scientific community.

Publishing Opportunity

Papers accepted for BCR’2026 after the double-blind peer-review process will be published in ‎the conference book/ proceedings, which is published by Spronger and indexed by Scopus, Google Scholar, ‎and SpringerLink. Selected papers will also be published as chapters in an Emerald‐indexed book ‎‎(Scopus-indexed).‎
Additionally, selected papers that have been presented at the conference will also be considered for ‎further development for possible publication in the highly esteemed partner journals listed below. ‎Note that journal editors are provided with the conference proceedings and will make selections if they ‎feel the work is appropriate and of sufficient quality for their journal.‎
If invited to publish in a journal, authors will be expected to develop the work by 40–50%, including a ‎change of title and abstract. Individual journal procedures will need to be followed, and there is no ‎guarantee of publication.‎
